Shipping & Delivery

Delivery - where and when

In the Netherlands, we deliver within 2 working days from Monday to Saturday. For countries other than the Netherlands, we ship within 2 business days and deliver Monday through Friday. We do not ship on certain holidays. Please refer to the FAQ section of the website for dates and available delivery times and methods. We can only deliver an order to a delivery address that is a home or office address in one of the countries listed in the countries section of the website.

Inspection upon delivery

Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If the products are found to be damaged, please do not accept the shipment.
